Two Birds Gallery at Toowoon Bay is in a bigger nest. After trading in the village for nearly two years the opportunity has come for a larger more visual home for their eclectic range of art & giftware. But we havnt had to fly far as the new nest is only a block away. But the big news is that it is a gallery/café. Kerry Knight and Merrin Knight, her daughter, make up the two birds of the gallery and work as a team creating a feast for the eyes and the senses.

Mountain artists Keith Rowe, Ian Swift and Phillip Hay are also represented at the gallery with their hand blown glass and sculptures. Eco Smart, BluBox and Brasa, ethanol fuelled fireplaces are also showcased along with many other treasures.
‘We want to bring something unique and special to Toowoon Bay, blending our exclusive range of fine art and treasures with fresh locally roasted coffee and fresh simple food. Our aim is to create an experience, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere so people can leave feeling very spoilt. It’s been all hands on deck with the plan to open Friday 10th June. It’s been a real family project with everyone pitching in and helping, so we should be able to do it. The response from the community has been overwhelming with everyone so excited to have great coffee in the area. I think they will be delighted with the quality, having ‘Glee Coffee Roasters’ on board.’
Light meals and home cooked sweets will be served throughout the day from 9am, with breakfast on the weekends from 8am – 11am.
